Our Investment Focus

Eastern Coast Management is focused on either ground up development or our investment in existing commercial properties including warehousing, office, R&D, retail, marina and single family developments in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Each of its projects is near or on waterfronts.

On either its own account as a principal investor or as an advisor for an investor, ECM helps design and implement an intelligent, coherent strategy to meet real estate investment goals. In this role, ECM:

• Assesses the investor's financial objectives;
• Accounts for the familial and personal requirements of the investor's program;
• Work with the investor to develop a real estate investment strategy; and
• Keep the investor closing advised of its investment progress.
