Frank Crivello, Eastern Coast Management, LLC Announces Settlement with Robert Weisberg and RE Palm Beach Partners, LLC

Cape Canaveral, Florida—May 25, 2005— Frank P. Crivello, Managing Member, Eastern Coast Management, LLC (“Eastern Coast”) announced that Eastern Coast reached a mediated settlement with RE Palm Beach Partners, LLC (“REPB”) and Robert Weisberg including Eastern Coast’s properties located in Florida and South Carolina. In July, 2004 Eastern Coast commenced litigation against REPB and Robert Weisberg. Terms of the settlement are confidential.

Eastern Coast Managing Member Frank P. Crivello stated: “We are pleased with the mediated settlement. It will provide for an orderly liquidation of REPB’s assets.”
