Frank Crivello, Eastern Coast Management, LLC Commences Suit against Robert Weisberg and RE Palm Beach Partners, LLC

Cape Canaveral, Florida—July 9, 2004— Frank P. Crivello, Managing Member, Eastern Coast Management, LLC (“Eastern Coast”) announced today that it commenced suit against Robert Weisberg and RE Palm Beach Partners, LLC for breach of contract, intentional misrepresentation, breach of duty, and the appointment of a receiver in connection with Eastern Coast’s interest in the BW Marina, located in Little River, South Carolina.
