Frank Crivello, Eastern Coast Management, LLC Charter Agreement with SunCruz Casinos, LLC

Cape Canaveral, Florida — July 1, 2003 — Eastern Coast Management, LLC (“Eastern Coast”) announced today that W-C Vessels, LLC, a single asset entity it created and owns equally with an investor, executed a definitive agreement with SunCruz Casinos, LLC to charter its M\V Surfside Princess for use in Port Canaveral, Florida. SunCruz operates a smaller vessel in the market; SunCruz hopes to place the vessel in service by early August, 2003.

Eastern Coast Managing Member Frank Crivello stated: “We were pleased to reach this charter agreement. Frank Storti procured SunCruz. The transaction was negotiated and completed very quickly.”
