Frank Crivello, Eastern Coast Management, LLC hires International Shiyard, Tampa, Florida for drydock work

Cape Canaveral, Florida — June 5, 2003 — Eastern Coast Management, LLC (“Eastern Coast”) announced today that W-C Vessels, LLC, a single asset entity it Eastern Coast and owns equally with an investor, hired International Shipyard, Tampa, Florida to perform drydock and restoration work on the M\V Surfside Princess. Sophlex Ship Management, Inc. negotiated the agreement and will oversee the project. It is anticipated the work will take three to four weeks.

Eastern Coast Managing Member Frank Crivello stated: “We were pleased to obtain a competitive bid from International Shipyard. They have an excellent reputation. We look forward to their on schedule and budget performance.”
