Our Investment Focus

ECM is focused on the purchase and rehabilitation of distressed marine commercial vessels and equipment. Upon rehabilitation, the vessels and equipment are either resold at a value added profit or offered for lease or charter.

On either its own account as a principal investor or as an investment manager for an investor, ECM helps design and implement an intelligent, coherent strategy to meet real estate investment goals. In this role, ECM:

• Assesses the investor's financial objectives;
• Accounts for the familial and personal requirements of the investor's program;
• Work with the investor to develop a real estate investment strategy; and
• Keep the investor closing advised of its investment progress.
